Oskar Pump
1976, Trenčín
Oskar Pompa is a native of Trenčín, a first grade teacher, musician and music producer and a new member and actor of Dogma Divadlo.
With Kolomaž Theatre he participated in theatre improlígas in Bratislava, Myjava, Trnava and Trenčín (1995 – 1997), performed in various performances, theatre happenings and readings. As a musician he founded many local music formations: ENTRAILS, TAK ORO TAK, JAMBOR, KUBRA SOUND SYSTEM… In Brussels, he founded a successful musical gonzoduo, THE CULTURAL STUDIES, with an American lyricist and singer. He has produced 2 LP albums, and their opening songs have been heard on BBC Radio6 Music.
He graduated from the Faculty of Education of the Charles University in Bratislava, as a teacher 1. degree in Bratislava, worked at the European School in Brussels and currently works at the Private School FUTURUM in Trenčín.
